Upcycled Fashion Designer
Sea Glass Jewelry Creations
Pamela Peterson, an Upcycled Fashion Designer, has been encompassed in the arts and fashion industries from early on. Growing up in the US state of New Mexico, Pamela was surrounded by the extraordinary beauty and diverse cultures of the Southwest. By the age of 10, she began designing, sewing and selling unique pieces of clothing for dolls. Her entrepreneurial nature as well as her experience in interior design later led her to own and operate an art gallery of her own creations as well as contemporary Native American art.
Now living in the South of France, Pamela found her passion in another industry that deeply connects her eye for style, talent for design and her environmental ethics. Using the past as her motivator, Pamela repurposes existing clothing and materials, transforming them into the newest and often avant-garde fashions. Pamela’s forward-thinking brand of upcycled products directly supports the global carbon-neutral movement and does it with precision and class. The detail in every creation is personally selected, hand-stitched and exquisitely unique.
To compliment her fashion collection, Pamela also creates exclusive jewelry pieces out of sea glass, staying true to her belief that nature has the power to take even fragments of human debris and regift it to us in remarkable beauty. Her Courtesy of the Sea collection resonates color and light, tracing each stone’s story from its origin throughout its journey.
